WE NEED BARN HOMES WHERE THE HUMAN KNOWS HOW TO ACCLIMATE RELOCATED CATS.
WE NEED TRAPPERS WHO ARE WILLING TO GO AND TRAP THE CATS.
WE NEED TRANSPORTERS THAT ARE WILLING TO PICK UP THE CATS AND TRANSPORT THEM TO OUR PARTICIPATING VET WHERE THEY WILL BE ALTERED, TESTED FOR DISEASES, GIVEN THEIR SHOTS AND GET SOME MUCH NEEDED TLC.
It has been almost two months since we first posted about the horrible situation that is going on about fifty miles south of our office.
A few good people have stepped up to offer to help trap and transport and to offer great new forever homes.
This job is way too big for just a few.
Our founder/director is way too sick to be on site to handle this trapping session.
We are relying on the kindness and generosity of others and unfortunately, it is not going so well.
We cannot afford minor or major car repairs for you, we cannot give you a new or used car or even a camper for you to live in while you trap. We cannot open an expense account for you.
( Sorry folks but, that has been suggested).
Our organization is willing to reimburse your fuel costs if you actually go to the site and trap some of the cats and bring them back.
Our one and only concern at this point is to get the cats safely out of the area and to the vet's office and then to find new homes for them.
We must get them moved as soon as possible. The males are already attacking the females and from the time of the original post to today, many of the cats have disappeared and we do not know if they have died from the extremely cold temps or if something else has happened to them.
If you can help and if you are serious about actually showing up to trap them and get them to our vet - please, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office at 816 974-0442
